The Associated Press reports that people in Maine are struggling to keep their homes warm this winter. Many of them are having to rely on charitable contributions to buy heating oil at about $3.35 per gallon. I wonder how they feel about Al Gore’s efforts to rein in global warming.

I wonder how Al Gore feels about all the reports coming out now that say the global warming trend ended around 1998 and that we are now well into a cooling trend. Oh, I know what he’s thinking: “I did it!”
